Return Policy.
You must return the product in the same condition as it was sent. Signs of damage or exteneded usage to the product will not be accepted. You must return the product with all orginal packaging and materials, including all manuals, cables and boxes and coverings.
Returns Procedure.
Your item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To return an item, email Customer Support at Support@MiLiDirect.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid to MiliDirect.com.
Warranty. All Mili Direct products is warranted for one-year from the date of purchase. The one-year Limited Warranty is against defects in materials and workmanship. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding any product's merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). It doesn’t cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty isn’t any good after you open any product that isn’t intended to be opened – please don’t try and fix anything yourself.
